Here we sit...at the center of our experience.

Most of us are lucky enough to receive light (whatever that is) through our eye holes, sound (whatever that is) through our ear holes, smell (whatever that is) through our nose holes, taste (WTI) through our toungue and touch (WTI) through our skin.

This incoming information wiggles our eyes, ears and nose which in turn wiggle our brains which in turn somehow miraculously informs us of the external state of Universe. We learn to trust this internal picture of reality, because through our experience we find that we can make assumptions based on our internal picture which end up corresponding quite closely with externally verifiable events.
